《科技》亞太電挑老公，月底見真章

【時報記者王逸芯台北報導】亞太電 (3682) 求親事件持續上演，今亞太電董事會，三龍搶珠態勢正式確立，包括鴻海 (2317) 旗下國碁電子、台灣之星、日本軟體銀行積極展現最大誠意，亞太電方面，則預計5月底公布進一步消息。

亞太電今股東會，今日有鴻海旗下國碁、台灣之星、日本軟銀等向亞太電董事會進行簡報，據悉現階段暫無最終結果，預計5月底首波名單可望出爐。今日台灣之星由總經理賴弦五親征，鴻海則由董事長郭台銘親征，展現志在必得的雄心。

亞太電董會表示，將在5月底將對投資者發出相關訊息，通知是否為最優先議約者，亞太電也預計在下午公告董事會相關決議。亞太電信股東結構多元，包括台鐵、華榮 (1608) 、兆豐金 (2886) 、台灣金聯資產等，一般預期，最大股東台鐵的態度是最大關鍵。
