被控棄養 兩女：母已非母

江姓婦人指控兩名女兒棄養，要求給付扶養費；女兒抗辯稱母親只會向她們要錢，母親對她們而言早已失去「母親」意義。但法官認為，江婦曾盡扶養女兒義務，因罹患精神疾病無工作能力，女兒應該要扶養母親，判兩名女兒每月分別付母親八千餘元及一萬元扶養費。

六十多歲江姓婦人向新北地院主張，年輕時丈夫因意外而半癱，她獨自扛起家計，辛苦照顧臥病丈夫及扶養兩名女兒，丈夫十四年前過世。江婦女兒抗辯，母親精神狀況不好，常惹事生非，她們曾買一棟房屋登記在母親男友名下，後來因母親男友欠賭債，房屋因此遭法院拍賣。

江婦女兒說，對母親而言，她們只是拿錢的對象和數字而已，母親對她們而言早已失去「母親」意義。她們各自有家庭，為家庭生活開銷煩惱，母親要求的扶養費過高，無法負擔。

法官認為，江婦患病、名下沒有財產，也無工作能力及收入，女兒應盡扶養義務。
