撞人肇逃撂髒話 駕駛：怕被攔車敲詐

陳姓計程車駕駛違規超車，撞倒騎乘機車的男子和後座的婦人，造成二人手、腳多處挫擦傷。婦人站起身後追趕陳姓司機表示有車禍發生，但陳不僅未下車處理，還口出三字經，只說一句「不然給妳記車號」，隨即駕車逃離現場。

警方獲報後，循線找到陳姓司機，依法究辦。全案審理時，陳矢口否認肇事逃逸，辯稱以為婦人想攔車藉機敲詐，且他和朋友有約，急於赴約才離開。

台灣高等法院審理認為，陳身為職業駕駛人，應更注意交通規定，卻違規超車導致車禍，肇事後逕自駕車離去，對於告訴人和交通安全秩序造成危害。審酌陳尚未取得告訴人原諒，犯後態度不佳，依業務過失傷害罪和肇事逃逸罪，處一年五個月有期徒刑。得上訴。
