郵購舉重椅 收到政府無人飛機

閉門家中坐，美國政府價值35萬元的無人飛機組件卻自動送上門的機率有多大？紐約有個人郵購舉重椅，7日卻收到優比速快遞公司(UPS) 送來的一箱東西，裡面裝著機翼和儀表板。

這個人把這些東西的照片貼在Reddit新聞和社群網站。「今日美國報」報導說，這個投遞錯誤的箱子裡面有張卡片，聲明這是佛羅里達州天帕的國家海洋暨大氣管理局 (NOAA)飛機作業中心的財產。

NOAA發言人說，他們把這架美洲獅 (Puma)無人飛機分成八箱，原定送到麻州Stellwagen堤岸海洋保護區做「環境研究」。

UPS發言人說，它7日把一個包裹送到箱子上標示的地址，可是地址標籤顯然弄錯了，而它正調查哪裡出錯。

UPS認為可能是在包裹分類或貼標籤時出了差錯，像是某個包裹標籤鬆脫，黏到別的包裹上。發言人指出，UPS每天遞送將近1700萬個包裹，偶爾出紕漏在所難免。

NOAA網站說，科學家利用美洲獅無人飛機「偵測大自然」，像是在美國西北部監測海鳥的繁殖棲息活動。
