軍車撞小貨車　車頭全毀人平安

「軍車撞車了!快派人來處理！」今日下午1時許有民眾報案表示，在中正路上有軍車發生車禍，救護車趕往發現，1輛軍車撞上民用小貨車，軍車車頭全毀，駕駛軍車的29歲林姓士官只有手肘擦傷，被撞的貨車駕駛也是毫髮無傷，據貨車駕駛表示，是軍車超過雙黃線開進對向車道才會撞上，至於軍車駕駛則不願意多談，詳細車禍原因警方還在了解中。（戴之聖／基隆報導）
