原民會禁布農族射耳祭抓豬 族人氣憤

台東縣延平鄉公所今年承辦全國布農族射耳祭，鄉長胡榮典今天上午致詞時，突然氣憤說：「昨晚接到原民會長官來電，立法院要求取消後天的抓豬比賽，否則砍原民會預算，往後射耳祭活動也不予補助」，胡隨後表示，他要對原民會、動保團體表達嚴正的抗議！全場布農族人也熱血沸騰鼓掌回應。

胡榮典說，布農族人成長階段要自己養豬，長大後要會抓豬才能提親、結婚，「牠小時候是寵物，長大就是動物、我們的食物」；就像卑南族人會養猴子，成長階段也要親手殺掉那隻猴子。

他說，布農族與山林、動物為伍，是最懂環保、愛護動物的民族，「我們不會路過，也不會舉牌，但攸關我們生活、文化的東西要絕對悍衛」！

今年在延平鄉舉行的全國布農族射耳祭號稱有始以來最大場，全台來自10鄉鎮近3000 人參與，昨天起一連4天，祭典展現布農族各項傳統祭儀展演及趣味競賽；今活動第2天開幕典禮。

立委孔文吉現場表示，去年民進黨立委林淑芬因射耳祭抓豬事件，提出要刪原民會5000萬元預算，原民會重視此事，但勸原民會要拿出魄力與膽量抗拒這名民進黨委員對布農族傳統文化的不重視。
