巴克萊銀行傳3年內將裁員2萬人

根據天空新聞台(Sky News)報導，為了進行投資部門的整編，英國巴克萊銀行(Barclays)預料將在8日宣布，在未來3年裁員2萬人。
巴克萊集團執行長詹金斯(Antony Jenkins)先前已表示，在全球大約13.9萬的人力中，今年可能裁員多達1.2萬人，不過根據報導，如今裁員人數恐增至1.5萬人。
而在巴克萊意圖將投資重心轉移至較不具風險的部門之際，預料未來2年還將再精簡逾6千個職位。
巴克萊上週發表聲明，受到固定資產、以及外匯和大宗商品(FICC)業務收益衰退影響，今年1至3月投資部門的稅前獲利，較上年同期大幅萎縮49%至6.68億英鎊(11.3億美元)。
