李克強訪非 承諾打造中非六大工程

中共國務院總理李克強在位於依索匹亞首都阿迪斯阿貝巴的非盟會議中心發表題為「開創中非合作更加美好的未來」的演講。以「三個一極」概括非洲在當今世界政治經濟格局中的地位。

李克強並且提出承諾，中國將積極參與非洲公路、鐵路、電信、電力等項目建設，實現區域互聯互通。中國政府倡議實施中國企業與非方建立合資航空公司，提供民用支線客機，共同發展非洲區域航空業。中方還將在非洲設立「高速鐵路研發中心」。

李克強表示，中國願與非洲國家共同努力，積極推進產業合作、金融合作、減貧合作、生態環保合作、人文交流合作、和平安全合作等六大工程，打造中非全面合作升級版。
