女童案為鑑 新北嚴防漏網之魚

新北市長朱立倫今天舉北市8歲女童疑餓死案例要求各局處全面檢討，密織強迫入學保護網，嚴防危及孩子安危的漏網之魚。

朱立倫今天上午召開市政會議，再以台北市發生8歲女童因為沒有就學所發生疑似餓死的不幸事件為例，要求新北市強迫入學委員會貫徹追蹤孩子應入學報到還未報到的情況。

他表示，「試想，一個孩子到了入學年齡沒報到，這不是只有入學問題，也有可能牽扯到人命關天的問題」。

他指出，除了教育局的強迫入學委員會，他要求戶政、社政、警政及區公所都應全面檢討，每個個案都不能疏忽，都必須追蹤到底。

他說，高風險家庭及警政相關機制都應啟動，做好跨局處協調機制，徹底做好完整的保護網。如果遷移戶籍，也要做好聯繫工作，否則就可能出現現漏網之魚，進而牽扯到孩子的安危。
