女童疑餓死 校長停職區長記過

（中央社記者顧荃台北2014年5月6日電）8歲女童疑遭餓死案，台北市長郝龍斌今天說明相關懲處，葫蘆國小校長停職接受調查，士林區和中山區公所區長各記過處分。

台北市上週發生8歲女童疑似因為疏於照顧而餓死事件，女童原是台北市士林區葫蘆國小101學年度新生，卻沒有報到，學校當年7月下旬通報里辦公室協助查察，女童家人表示已遷戶籍到中山區，就沒了下文。

郝龍斌今天在市政會議後記者會表示，區公所跟戶政事務所查核過程不確實，葫蘆國小沒有通報也是事實，這部分的疏失分別由民政局和教育局做出懲處名單。

他說，葫蘆國小校長齊祿禎停職，接受公懲會調查；士林區公所區長黃雯婷、中山區公所區長林秉宗各記一次小過。其他詳細懲處名單正在公文程序當中。

關於葫蘆國小家長會發起連署挺校長，郝龍斌表示，尊重家長的意見，但相關疏失還是要依照相關行政程序懲處。
