NBA／麥卡威正式獲獎 近26年選秀順位最低新人王

NBA官方正式宣布，2013-14年球季「年度最佳新人」由費城七六人「麥卡威」Michael Carter-Williams拿下，成為隊史第2位獲此獎項的球員。

聯盟由於處理洛杉磯快艇老闆Donald Sterling場外種族歧視言論風波，遲了將近一個星期才正式公布得獎者。

Carter-Williams獲得104張第一名選票，總分569分擊敗眾家菜鳥奪魁，居次的是奧蘭多魔術Victor Oladipo，他獲得16張第一名選票，總分364分。

本季平均每場16.7分、6.2籃板、6.3助攻的Carter-Williams是1950-51年球季以來，史上第3位上述3項數據全都居新人之冠的球員。

本季選秀首輪第11順位的Carter-Williams，是自1987-88年球季選秀首輪第18順位的「大屁股」Mark Jackson之後，近26年來順位最低的新人王。
