新銀行局長談TRF：銀行勿殺雞取卵

新任金管會銀行局長詹庭禎昨（5）日表示，未來會非常樂意跟業界溝通，了解問題、困難在哪裡；他希望金融機構要善待客戶，建立信任關係，這層若沒做好就是「殺雞取卵」。

他並表示，上任後，第三方支付專法草案會優先處理。第三方支付專法移到金管會後，金管會主委曾銘宗已指示銀行局趕工，儘速提出法案。

後受訪時，對於近來引發爭議的TRF（目標可贖回遠期合約），詹庭禎說，之前參加金融監理聯繫會議對此問題已有了解，他認為，不要妨礙金融業做生意，但金融業也要做好KYC（認識客戶）、KYP（認識產品），要善待客戶，信任關係才能建立，這層若未做好就是「殺雞取卵」。
