標題[請問] 某網址被設定不可用？

昨天早上PTT不能上，連PTT2也不能上 我使用的瀏灠器是PCMAN 原本的旁邊已開的網頁也打不開(漢堡王、fotopu，我不相信這二個網站那麼巧也不能上) 用telnet開也沒有用 但我的網路是正常的 其他的網頁也都是正常可以開啟的 所以我覺得我的PCMAN被綁架了........... 之後能開我發現根本就沒有人不能上PTT 也就是說我的PCMAN裡面的網址都被鎖起來 電腦都是我一個人在用的 也就是說有人"妨礙我電腦使用" 目的有可能是禁止我上PTT 而意外的鎖到另外二個網址 請問有什麼辨法可以解鎖網址被強制不能開啟的方法嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 101.3.32.64 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1398304118.A.27C.html
