10歲男童遭軍人性侵　死前要父別提告

軍人對10歲男童進行肛交，沒想到男童死前竟在病床上要父親不要追究，但男童父親仍舊悲憤提告；全案經高等法院審理後，22日依「與未滿14歲人性交罪」，判處涉案的蔡姓男子有期徒刑4年6個月。全案仍可上訴。

根據了解，男童和蔡姓志願役士兵是在網路遊戲認識，於100年間被肛交，後來罹患重病，死前才向父親透露遭肛交案情。
