屏東縣殯葬專區 環評遭撤銷

屏東縣殯葬專區環評去年有條件通過，經自救會及屏東縣環保聯盟提起訴願，訴願委員會認定縣府是開發單位，依法環評審查委員會不應由同屬開發單位的環保局長擔任主席，環保署已函文屏東縣政府撤銷環評。

長達兩年抗爭的自救會及社區居民，獲悉訴願結果後興奮不已，昨天下午還聚集在社區的大廟前放鞭炮，他們說「這是堅持兩年的果實」，「終於還我們公道了」。

而針對全案急轉直下，環保局長林雅文對環保署的決議則表示「尊重」，他說環評過程，抗爭十分激烈，外聘委員皆無意擔任會議主席，他才被推舉主持會議，但過程中並沒有執行投票及行使主席裁決權。
