無照密醫「電療」　對女病患撫胸摸下體

彰化一名無照巫姓密醫，不僅無照執醫還「電療」，摸女病患胸部、下體被告上法院；全案經最高法院審理後，在23日依違反《醫師法》及《刑法》趁機猥褻等罪嫌，合併判處應執行有期徒刑1年2個月確定。

根據了解，涉案的巫姓男子2011年間利用在彰化和美經營的藥局無照執醫，並施以中頻電療器，賺取不法利益；而更讓人不齒的是，巫男還利用醫療名義對女病患撫胸摸下體。

全案經被害女病患報案後，最高法院在23日依違反《醫師法》及《刑法》趁機猥褻等罪嫌，合併判處應執行有期徒刑1年2個月確定。
