雅虎美女掌門 薪酬縮水

（中央社台北2014年4月17日電）彭博報導，雅虎提名3名新的董事會成員，以填補空缺。與此同時，雅虎的美女執行長梅爾（Marissa Mayer）則繼續整頓這家全美最大入口網站。

雅虎（Yahoo! Inc. US-YHOO）昨天在聲明中指出，雅虎提名3名新的董事會成員，這3人包括雅虎共同創辦人費羅（David Filo）、嘉信理財（Charles SchwabCorp.）董事長史布瓦（Charles Schwab）與前沃爾瑪（Wal-Mart Stores Inc.）執行長史考特（Lee Scott）。雅虎6月25日將舉行年度股東大會，屆時會就這3人的任命案進行投票表決。

梅爾2012年中掌雅虎兵符後，就力圖重振這家經營陷困境的網路公司昔日雄風。雅虎周二公布1年來營收首度成長，顯示梅爾改造雅虎策略奏效。

另外，雅虎向美國證券管理委員會（SEC）提交的申報資料，梅爾去年薪酬2490萬美元，較2012年的3660萬美元縮水32%。即使基本工資與選擇權獎勵大躍進，但股票獎勵則較2012年下滑。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）
