R欄值不會重複。

需求︰
當Y7<>""時，則將Z7和(=X7的R欄數值之X欄對應數值)相加，
並將其和値顯示在AA7的儲存格中。
EX︰
AA13=IF($Y13<>"",$Z13+$X11,"")
即
=X13(=21)的R欄數值(=R11)之X欄對應數值(=X11=21)
AA13=$Z13+$X11=88+21=109

AA41=IF($Y41<>"",$Z41+$X35,"")
即
=X41(=184)的R欄數值(=R35)之X欄對應數值(=X35=180)
AA41=$Z41+$X35=81+180=261

其餘………以此類推
