文化部將推動流行音樂證照制度

為了提升流行音樂產業從事人員的專業職能，文化部將建置流行音樂專業職能基準及證照制度。

文化部長龍應台今天赴立法院教育文化委員會進行專案報告，她說，2010年至2014年實施的第一期影視音5年旗艦計畫，執行將告一段落，已提升影視及流行音樂產業的整體產值。但人才培訓部分，相對薄弱

國民黨立委蔣乃辛認為，文化部在影視音軟體人才的培訓部分應該加強，文化部也應該盡快跟教育部溝通合作。文化部預定實施的流行音樂專業證照制度，準備怎麼進行？

龍應台說，文化部將分兩階段進行，第一階段先建置流行音樂的專業職能基準，接著再與職訓局洽商發證照的具體作法。這個制度將先從流行音樂先落實，未來希望擴及電影後製等領域。

龍應台表示，為推動2015年至2019年的第二期影視音5年旗艦計畫，文化部初步已編列115億元經費，包含流行音樂產業30億、電視產業47億、電影38億，人才培育將是重點項目。文化部將與教育部舉行雙部長會議，彌補產學落差。
