南韓客輪沉沒 疑因突然改向

（中央社台北17日電）南韓中央災難安全對策本部今天表示，歲月號船難目前已確認8人遇難，179人獲救，多達288人失蹤。初步調查顯示客輪航行中突然改向，導致船載貨物移位而發生傾斜、沉沒。

韓聯社報導，海警說，船上有3名外籍乘客，其中2人屬菲籍。駐韓國台北代表部釜山辦事處昨天得知，「船上沒有台灣乘客」。

搭載475人的歲月號昨天上午8時在全羅南道珍島郡觀梅島西南方約3公里海上意外進水，客輪逐漸傾斜，最後完全沉沒。

事發後，海警搜救本部隨即對船長和船員展開調查。初步調查顯示，這艘客輪在航行途中以較快的速度改變航向，過程中，船上裝載的180輛車輛和1157噸貨物一度移位導致船體傾斜，加上船舶的舵機失靈，導致船體失控。

據此推測，獲救乘客聽到的「巨大聲響」可能是貨物撞到船體時發出的碰撞聲，但具體事故原因還在進一步調查。

海警搜救人員今天上午重新啟動水下搜救工作，雖然波浪和氣象條件較好，但由於事發海域的流速較快，水下能見度低，水下搜救工作不順利。1030417
