30年爛攤 化身海水養殖專區

苗栗縣通霄鎮「海水養殖專業生產區」的海水供水及公共設施統包工程，今天熱鬧動工，這項工程經費達2.3億元，預計明年元月竣工，提供養殖戶使用，地方期盼早日完工，帶動繁榮。

全區面積廣達66公頃，位於通霄漁港北側，過去是台穩開發案的基地，苗栗縣政府30年前開發台穩案失敗，糾紛不斷，成為地方上多年來無法解決的大爛攤，近年在縣府推動下，協調林務局、國有財產署解決占用戶遷移等問題，終於讓養殖專區計畫得以順利進行。
