解罷工 寶成東莞鞋廠調福利金

寶成集團旗下裕元鞋廠今早宣布，集團位於廣東省東莞市生產品牌運動鞋工廠，部份員工14日發起罷工，集團決定依據相關地方政府政策，調整該廠員工福利金，今年5月1日起生效。

經濟通訊社等陸港媒體引述裕元鞋廠的聲明說，公司將繼續檢討員工福利政策，對員工福利金進行的調整，有可能對集團的財政表現構成重大影響。

報導說，預計5月1日生效的新方案，公司的社保、住房公積金覆蓋率將達到百分之百。公司也承諾，2015年以前將完成全員足額投保。

根據報導，裕元鞋廠員工因不滿廠方未繳納足額社保和公積金，4月初發起罷工抗議，從14日起展開連續罷工，預估人數已達6萬人，現場有大批員警戒備，並曾傳出有零星衝突，且曾有20多人被捕。

對於裕元鞋廠罷工活動，大陸當地媒體相對低調，剛開始沒有相關報導，之後則引用香港媒體報導，直到今天才出現較多對罷工事件的報導。

裕元鞋廠隸屬於寶成集團，是耐吉、阿迪達斯等世界名牌球鞋代工廠，1988年起在東莞高埠鎮設廠，有員工6萬人。
