關廠工人案 開始受理退款

勞動部今天正式公告「退還關廠歇業失業勞工促進就業貸款清償款補助要點」，即日起生效，勞動力發展署將主動與關廠工人聯繫，協助辦理相關退款事宜，請領退還貸款的請求權時效則是10年。

粗估將退還798人、約2.9億元的還款，勞動部希望年底前能全數處理完畢。勞動部說，將透過當年委辦貸款案的華南銀行進行退款作業，發展署也會主動聯繫關廠勞工，不管是匯入帳戶還是領現等方式，將以勞工方便為主。
