挪用基金會公款玩股票　前閣揆女婿被訴

已故行政院前院長李煥長女李慶珠的丈夫曾復生，在擔任財團法人逸仙文教基金會秘書長時，涉嫌將基金會460萬元轉存到自己帳戶玩股票，台北地檢署今天偵結，依業務侵占罪將曾復生起訴。

起訴書指出，2004年1月1日至2006年10月12日止，曾復生擔任逸仙文教基金會秘書長，負責協助基金會董事會推動業務，並綜理基金會的日常業務及財務收支等事宜。

2004年11月3日，曾復生將基金會存在萬泰商銀忠孝分行已到期的670萬元定期存款解約，再將其中460萬元，分4次存入自己富邦銀行帳戶，並將這些錢拿去玩股票，最後慘賠。

逸仙基金會發現事有蹊蹺，在2006年10月12日發函給曾復生終止其秘書長職務，經基金會清查財產發現遭到挪用，因此提告。

李慶珠的兄妹、前立委李慶華與李慶安2人，稍晚發表聯合聲明指出，多年前已在律師見證下，與李慶珠斷絕關係，「檢方此次起訴曾復生，希望他能深自檢討，未來莫再對社會及他人造成傷害。」（綜合報導）
