標題[問題] 過試用期卻沒調薪

我在去年10/23進入公司服務 照理說應該在今年1/23試用期滿 2月份應該調薪 當初面試就有說試用期三個月,之後會調薪 但是因為我的主管忘了提報調薪申請 所以我二月份的薪資仍然是試用期的薪資 跟我主管反應之後 主管幫我申請2月份調薪 但總經理簽核三月調薪 我主管跟我說二月份的薪水要用其他方式分兩次補給我 一次是這個月底會辦活動會幫我申請嘉獎 另一次因為沒有辦活動就遙遙無期 問我主管何時能領到 他也沒說 另一部分的薪水就不知道何時才能領到 因為最近有想要離職的打算 請問我能用甚麼方式去跟公司爭取我剩下的薪資呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.231.133.96 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1397060658.A.FA5.html
