是否僱用學運生 戴勝益微笑

太陽花學運學生決定明晚6點退出立法院，王品集團董事長戴勝益昨天在股東常會表示，「學生非常有智慧」、「非常有勇氣」，但在場媒體追問是否會錄用學運青年擔任員工時，他則笑而不答，快閃離去。

戴勝益在股東常會說，「我們給學生非常大的掌聲」，前晚退場決定是「天時地利人和」，學運抗爭將落幕，他呼籲各行業都須在自己工作領域上好好發揮。

前行政院發言人胡幼偉在臉書上po文「聽到企業主管私下說，未來面試大學新鮮人將把是否參與學運列入重點考量」。

戴勝益因此被一路追問「王品會錄用學運青年嗎？」戴勝益笑而不答，直說「謝謝」。在旁的員工則幫忙解釋「董事長後面還有行程」，另戴董對有關服貿未過對王品在大陸的影響等問題，照樣不回答，微笑快閃離去。

王品在大陸展店快速，集團各品牌客層也以年輕消費者居多，戴勝益「笑而不答」以免得罪任一方。
