台企銀大進擊 插旗紐約

台企銀昨（24）日公布將申設紐約分行，配合走向國際化的政策方向，加快海外分行設立腳步與範圍。台企銀預期，今年海外最多可望增加四個據點，使得海外分支機構數倍增至八個。

台企銀目前在海外有四家分行，分別位於香港、澳洲雪梨、美國洛杉磯與中國上海，去年起台企銀陸續申請設立新的海外分行，包括澳洲增設布里斯本分行，目前已進入籌備階段，可望在上半年開業，柬埔寨金邊設財務公司，正在洽談與當地合資細節，預估今年底前開業。

此外，緬甸擬申設代表人辦事處，再加上美國增設第二家分行紐約分行，也要拚今年底開業，台企銀對增設海外據點，提供中小企業客戶金融服務，相當積極。

大陸部分，台企銀規劃要在福建申設村鎮銀行，但這部分涉及兩岸服務貿易協議，現在服貿通過生效受到學生運動干擾，難以預料生效時間，因此，台企銀先將資源投注在大陸以外的海外分行設立上。

台企銀表示，美國紐約分行的設立資本金為1,000萬美元，這是最起碼的門檻，未來將待開業後，再視營運狀況增資。
