有人成功辦理退預付卡上網流量沒用完轉成通話費餘額嗎?

為了可以用LINE辦了張遠傳3G預付卡

上個月22號申請了250M流量 50元

前幾天問還有208M,到這個月24號看手機剩下約190M

想說最近看到新聞都說預付卡可以將沒用完的流量轉成通話費餘額.

未到期前打去遠傳確認兩次,一個可以退成餘額但要個案申請!另一個說可以申請.

今天到期打去問能不能退成餘額!卻被告知因為期限到無法查詢剩餘流量!也就是無錢可退~

客服還告知目前沒有客人這樣做?

想請問有人成功辦理退預付卡上網流量沒用完轉成通話費餘額嗎?
