男付不出贍養費　恐嚇前妻敢輒票翻臉到底

桃園一名簡姓男子（30歲）與林姓前妻離婚後以支票給付贍養費，去年10月間因缺錢花用，戶頭內存額有限，要求前妻暫勿輒票未果，竟傳簡訊恐嚇：「你敢給我亂輒票，我一定要給你死，翻臉翻到底！」案經前妻提告後，簡男坦承犯行，桃園地檢署今依恐嚇罪嫌將簡男聲請簡判。（張沛森／桃園報導）
