屏科大校長遴選 戴昌賢出線

屏東科技大學新任校長遴選結果揭曉，由副校長戴昌賢出線。校長古源光任期至7月31日屆滿，預計8月1日舉辦交接典禮。

屏科大校長遴選需經過4階段，6名候選人完成登記各有一場治校理念說明會，再經全校391名教職員工投票，最後副校長戴昌賢和劉英偉、前工學院長林秋賢3人超過半數以上得票門檻，交付21名遴選委員會進行第2輪投票，結果戴昌賢以17票過半數壓倒性勝出。

戴昌賢屏東潮州人，父母均是屏東師專教師，美國密西根大學取得航空工程博士學位，回台到國防大學中正理工學院任教，後返鄉擔任屏科大車輛系主任、工學院長、副校長，教學、行政經歷完整。

8年前曾與古源光較勁，後來古勝出延攬學術副校長迄今。這次遴選積極拜訪全校教職員及聽取退休教師建議，以謙卑的心獲得支持如願當選得以展抱負，昨天感性地說出，非常感謝教師、學生支持與信任。

戴昌賢指出，屏科大位在南台灣尾端，因環境侷限使學生自信不足，這幾年不斷蛻變與國際接軌，讓他看見無窮潛力，會將古校長政策延續下去。至於與屏教大、屏商合併相當樂見。
