飲冰品業主自檢認證 報名開始

（中央社記者顧荃、陳宏台北2014年3月25日電）夏日將至，因應飲冰品食安問題，台北市衛生局呼籲業者積極參與自檢認證，若通過衛生局不定期稽查，可獲頒優良認證。

衛生局說，為提升飲冰品製程及販售的衛生安全與品質，103年度「飲冰品業者自主管理認證」報名即日起開跑，至4月30日為止，歡迎北市飲冰品業者向衛生局食品藥物管理處報名。

炎炎夏日，飲冰品在製造、保存、運輸過程中，若有管理不當，易滋生細菌、造成食安問題。因此衛生局特別設計衛生自主檢查表，要求業者依所列項目定期自我檢查，並將檢查結果逐項記錄，把關飲冰品製造的每一個關節。此外，衛生稽查人員也會不定期稽查，敦促業主隨時做好食品衛生管理工作。

衛生局食品藥物管理處處長邱秀儀說，凡是報名參加「衛生優良自主管理OK標章認證」的業者，衛生局會擇期至其食品作業場所進行輔導與評核。只要在環境衛生、清洗處理、人員管理等方面符合規定，即可獲頒優良認證及「品質宣言」，並正式公告於衛生局網頁，提供消費者用餐選擇的參考，希望業者能夠積極參與。
