糖攝取量 建議日勿逾6茶匙

美國心臟醫學建議，女性每天不要攝取逾六茶匙的糖，而一瓶汽水的含糖量約有四十克，等同十茶匙的砂糖。來自糖的熱量不要超過總攝取熱量的百分之五。

猶他大學生物學教授威恩·伯提斯表示，動物研究顯示，食物添加中等量的糖就能影響試驗動物的健康，動物試驗對人類有一定的參考價值。而過量吃糖同時恐讓動物與人感到疲累。不屬於甜食的調味品也有糖，例如一湯匙的加工番茄醬有約一茶匙的糖。

營養師也建議少吃高升糖指數食物，選低升糖指數食物當主食，如糙米、雜糧饅頭、全麥麵包等，避免血糖上升速度過快而打瞌睡。

然而天然水果仍可適量攝取，能幫助身體清除傷害細胞的自由基，減輕疲累感。維生素C能幫助鐵質吸收，間接促進運送氧氣的血紅素製造，避免大腦缺氧而昏昏欲睡。

營養師提醒要控制體重者，平時限量飲用含糖果汁或酒，多吃幾口蔬菜及高纖水果；含磷及糖過高的甜碳酸飲料及加工食品除了造成熱量攝取過高問題，也增加排出鈣質等營養素。

大陸衛星發現疑似馬航墜機地點

美國有線電視新聞網（CNN）報導，中國大陸國家國防科技公業局昨天宣布，衛星可能已經發現馬來西亞航空370班機墜入大海的地點。

國家國防科技工業局官網12日公布的消息標題為「高分一號在馬航失聯客機疑似失事海域發現漂浮物」。

這篇報導內容為：「近日，在獲悉馬航客機失去聯繫的消息後，國防科工局立即組織中國資源衛星應用中心，利用高分一號衛星對疑似失事海域進行觀測。」

報導說：「在高分一號衛星3月9日上午11時左右獲取的圖像中，位於（105.63oE，6.7oN）為中心方圓20公里的區域，觀測到3處疑似漂浮物，尺寸分別約13×18公尺、14×19公尺、24×22公尺。」

目前是考慮購買三星手機

1.Samsung NOTE 3
2.Samsung NOTE 2
3.Samsung Galaxy GRAND 2 G7102

價位上來說Samsung Galaxy GRAND 2 G7102是比較低一些
當然會有他價位較低的原因

而NOTE 2的5.5螢幕覺得很寬..好像不太順手

NOTE 3 價位真的有點高
他的很多功能大概也不會用到...純粹他比NOTE 2順手而已

如果沒有玩特殊遊戲,只有一般小遊戲
選擇Samsung Galaxy GRAND 2 G7102
會很不好用嗎??
怕會卡卡或者常當機之類

wi-fi搜尋功能應該都是差不多的吧?

聽說台哥大的NOTE 2都賣完了...說公司可能不出了
是真的嗎?
那現在還買NOTE 2會不會之後有維修問題時就很麻煩?

蘋果（Apple Inc.）近期取得一項最新專利，這項新專利將讓iPhone的相機鏡頭外增加類似卡扣的機械裝置，將可讓iPhone配置外接光學鏡頭，且鏡頭與手機組合之後不會滑動，藉此增加相機的拍攝能力。

近年來的智慧型手機配備大戰，幾乎聚焦在手機的相機拍攝功能上，在索尼（Sony）推出手機外接鏡頭QX10與QX100後，也讓各家大廠重新思考提升手機相機性能的方向，研擬各種透過外接光學鏡頭，讓手機變身「小單眼」的方案。

根據MacRumors網站報導，蘋果所取得的最新專利中，其中之一便是外接鏡頭的解決方案。據蘋果描述，這項外接鏡頭方案，將利用類似卡扣的機械裝置，將手機與外接鏡頭連接起來，而卡扣也將讓鏡頭和手機精確固定，避免滑動，且易於裝設與拆除。

蘋果宣稱，這項專利，將較先前各家廠商所研發的「透過保護套外接鏡頭」或是「透過磁性外接鏡頭」來的更加便利。蘋果更表示，透過保護殼和磁性外掛鏡頭已「不受歡迎」且「不美觀」。不過，這項專利是否會運用在下一代iPhone之上，外界評估可能性並不高。

近年來，蘋果已經申請了相當多有關手機、平板外接鏡頭裝置的專利，包括利用磁性外接，以及更換保護殼來外接等。但這次利用卡扣外接鏡頭的方案與先前不同，因為這即代表iPhone的原生造型可能會因此改變。

紙芝居兒童劇團全台巡演 收穫滿滿

亞太創意技術學院紙芝居兒童劇團環台說故事，12日返回學校後到竹南鎮大埔國小及李科永圖書館演出，返校分享心得。參與說故事姐姐走訪全台托兒所、國小說故事收穫滿滿，要繼續為弱勢孩童說故事。

第4屆紙芝居兒童劇團2月17日出發，巡迴全台24天巡演，走訪40個單位演出，12日返回苗栗，早上前往竹南鎮大埔國小、新南國小附幼演出，共演出80場。

今年參與全台巡演說故事的櫻桃姊姊蔡欣瑀及山豬姊姊楊淑勤準備5個主題故事，蔡欣瑀說，有次說「火車快飛」故事時，全場小朋友追著大姐姐帶頭的火車全場跑，氣氛high翻天，讓她感染孩子天真。

巡迴全台80場演出中，令蔡欣瑀最感動的是螢橋國小附幼的演出，這群特教班孩子雖然行動不便、也無法口語表達，聽故事時仍努力跟著故事的節奏擺動身體。蔡欣瑀說，從中也體認自己擁有很多愛與豐富的物質生活。
