我筆電買了5年多了,是ASUS,之前就有開機開不了的問題,會停在跑馬燈,我本來以為是讀不到光碟機,強制關機後再重開,進入SAFE MODE,是可以進入WINDOWS畫面,然後按重新啟動,就能進入NORMAL MODE
但是今天發生相同的問題,我進入SAFE MODE之後,再重新啟動,它就一直停留在跑馬燈階段,沒有下一步了,是有什麼問題嗎?

彭博報導，美國非金融業企業資產負債表上持有歷來最多的現金，2013年底達到1.64兆美元。

穆迪投資者服務公司（Moody's InvestorsService）昨天發布報告指出，這比2012年的舊紀錄高出12%。科技業一馬當先，蘋果公司（Apple Inc.）、微軟公司（Microsoft Corp.）、谷歌公司（GoogleInc.）和威瑞森通訊公司（Verizon CommunicationsInc.）在現金充沛的企業名單上領先群雄。

穆迪信用分析師雷恩（Richard Lane）在報告中寫道，囤積現金能幫助企業維持更強的信用評等，確保在資本市場波動或混亂時能清償短期債務。不過高現金水位，也可能吸引恐使企業信用評等變差的維權股東，或鼓勵企業做出如昂貴收購等高風險決定。

蘋果現金部位已從2004年的54.6億美元飆升至1588億美元，如今占非金融業整體企業現金的9.7%。2012年恢復配發股利的蘋果，遭知名維權投資人艾康（CarlIcahn）抨擊沒有向股東回饋足夠現金，但在蘋果加碼回購股票後，艾康已在2月放棄他的訴求。

去年底科技業持有的現金，比2009年整整多出3090億美元，占非金融業企業增加總額的53%。

科技業企業把4500億美元停泊在海外，占整體企業在美國以外持有現金的47%。

美國企業不斷把資金停泊在低稅率國家，鑽美國稅法漏洞。根據彭博檢視307家企業的證券申報資料，總部設在美國的跨國企業已在境外囤積現金1.95兆美元，年增11.8%。微軟、蘋果與國際商業機器公司（International Business Machines Corp., IBM）這3家美企就新增375億美元，占增加總額的18.2%。

穆迪指出，去年資本支出8690億美元和股利分派3650億美元都達到7年高點，股票回購和收購支出則降低。

世界經濟論壇（WEF）發布最新全球貿易便利度指數，台灣較上次排名進步5名，升至第24名，於亞洲地區排名第6，優於南韓。

在四大評比項目中，台灣於邊境管理、基礎建設、營運環境等三項排名皆進步，以邊境管理進步13名為最多，市場進入項目因台灣企業在面對出口市場面臨關稅較高而排名滑落，退步了20名至121名。
