筆電開機後一直停留在跑馬燈

我筆電買了5年多了,是ASUS,之前就有開機開不了的問題,會停在跑馬燈,我本來以為是讀不到光碟機,強制關機後再重開,進入SAFE MODE,是可以進入WINDOWS畫面,然後按重新啟動,就能進入NORMAL MODE
但是今天發生相同的問題,我進入SAFE MODE之後,再重新啟動,它就一直停留在跑馬燈階段,沒有下一步了,是有什麼問題嗎?
