雞排妹向來敢說敢言，對服貿議題也很投入，昨「白狼」張安樂力挺服貿團體現身立法院，還爆粗口，雞排妹認為「白狼」的行為幼稚又可愛，「不知道他來幹嘛，像是來亂的，不過他來更顯得學生們的理智。」她對於自己的言論毫不畏懼，「我這個小女生都說不要害怕，台灣人應該當勇敢的台灣人。」

大膽發聲 網友讚熱血噓炒新聞

雞排妹得知中華統一促進黨總裁、竹聯幫大老，綽號「白狼」的張安樂將到議場時，便在臉書發文「看一下他的“頭銜”。到底是收多少錢阿……（挖鼻孔彈鼻屎）。」引起網友熱烈討論，有人叫她小心自身安全，有人讚她熱血、勇敢，不過也有人不留情面，認為她又再炒新聞。

白狼昨轟學運學生「你們不配當中國人」、「中國不需要你們」，雞排妹人雖嬌小，但砲火攻擊力十足，臉書反擊：「工蝦米我們不配當中國人……我們土生土長呆丸狼（台灣人）啦。」許多網友替她的發言捏把冷汗，還有朋友問她，「如果前方有一條路都是會咬人的動物，幹麼硬要去走？可以選擇走別條路。」

不把恐懼加在自己身上

她毫不猶豫表示，「現代的年輕人，遇到問題應該面對、解決，不應該是閃躲，學生領袖如果害怕，今天也不會站出來了。」她坦言這幾天下來，一直都有飆車族在立法院附近，但自己並不會去理會他們的舉動，「沒有必要把恐懼加在自己身上，有人如果真的很害怕，就不要來，沒人會逼你。」

她也否認炒新聞，認為自己平常工作就已經有新聞話題，不需要靠這些言論受到矚目，並對於網友的辱罵也已經習慣，不會在意。

台灣中學生問題解決能力 全球第七

「國際學生能力評量計畫」（PISA）2012年首度以電腦化測驗，測試全球15歲（國三、高一）學生問題解決能力，評比結果今晚公布，台灣在44個國家或經濟體當中排第7，雖然表現中上，但輸給星、韓、日、港、澳及上海等亞洲競爭國家。

PISA2012台灣計畫主持人洪碧霞指出，目前各國教育都有英、數、理、化、史、地等學科之分，考試也分科考，但在真實世界，遇到的問題往往沒學科之分，要結合不同領域的知識才能解決，PISA因此首次加考跨領域解決問題的能力，盼引導各國教學及考試，培養這方面的能力。

繼加考問題解決能力之後，洪碧霞說，PISA2015年還打算進一步考合作解決問題的能力，縮短產學落差，讓學校能真正培養業界需要的團隊合作、及跨領域解決問題的能力。

洪碧霞說，比較特別的是，首次評比問題解決能力，採數位化的電腦試題，會出現多媒體、可互動的測驗，例如電腦上可能顯示出一台冷氣機，上面有溫控、風向等幾個按鍵，考生按不同鍵，會有不同結果，能模擬真實情況，是以往紙筆測驗達不到的效果。

星、港、日、韓、大陸等地區的中小學教育，目前和台灣一樣，仍採分科教學、分科考試，大家對問題解決能力的試題一樣陌生，洪碧霞說，這些地區學生的平均表現比台灣好，有可能是他們操作電腦、數位資訊能力比較好。

歐美先進國家學生的電腦化問題解決能力，都比台灣差，8到10名分別是加拿大、澳洲、芬蘭，其他像英國11名、法國13名，德國17、美國18名，最差的是哥倫比亞。

小小郭站在投手丘上，真是霸氣十足呀! 最喜歡看到他用快速球三振打者了。 也因為這樣，我常常會去注意測速槍測到的速度。 我發現到郭泓志如果隔局再投球的話，直球球速大概會掉5km左右吧。 像是昨天的比賽，11局下的直球球速大都在150~151km之間(現場測到的最快球速154km) 到了第12局下，直球球速大約在142~147km之間(轉播單位測到的球速) ，變化球的比例也增加了。 這讓我想到了WBC 中日戰，郭泓志第七局面對打者長野久義， 直球球速都在91~93英里之間，最快96英里。 到了八局上，直球球速大約只有89英里，最快92英里。 而且在這一局被打了兩支代有運氣成份的安打。 請問一下，郭泓志投第二局的話， 是不是他的直球球速和球威就會減弱呢? 或者是說他是為了平均分配體力，所以第二局就沒有全力飆球速呢? 是不是大部分的中繼、後援投手都有這樣的情形呢? 謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 218.161.89.193 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Baseball/M.1396491704.A.FD7.html

汽油需求回升 美國半年來首度進口乙醇

普氏能源資訊（Platts）報導，美國能源資訊局（EIA）4月2日公佈的數據顯示，截至3月28日為止當週，乙醇的日均進口量為11,000桶，這是半年來美國首度進口乙醇，主要因為春季汽油需求開始回升的影響。上週美國乙醇日均產量為92.2萬桶，則是創下今年以來的新高，較前週增加4.2%，與去年同期相比年增14.5%，估計用於生產乙醇的玉米消耗量為9,681萬英斗。

EIA最新月報表示，2013年美國乙醇產量較上年度的132.2億加侖增加至133.1億加侖，但仍低於2011年的139.3億加侖；其中，去年12月的乙醇產量較上年同期的10.7億加侖增加至12.4億加侖。2013年美國乙醇消費量則是持續增長，達到131.8億加侖，2011以及2012年的消費量分別為128.9億加侖與128.8億加侖。

2013年底至2014年初，美國乙醇出口量大幅增長，2014年1月美國乙醇出口量達到8,620萬加侖，是2011年12月以來出口量最高的月份，相比2013年12月份增長了33%。其中，巴西是最大的出口目的地，出口量為2390萬加侖，其次是加拿大，出口量為1880萬加侖，其餘的出口目的地包括阿聯酋、印度、菲律賓、墨西哥等。2013年美國乙醇出口量累計6.2億加侖，相比2012年下降了16%，其中加拿大是最大的出口目的地，出口量佔比為52%。

世界各地用於生產乙醇的原料有所差異。根據德國聯邦生質乙醇產業公會（BDBe），歐洲地區生產乙醇的主要原料仍是小麥，約佔36%比重，玉米與甜菜合計則各佔有23%比重，大麥、黑麥以及小黑麥等則佔有剩餘的17%比重。與歐洲地區不同，美國主要以玉米作為生產乙醇的原料，巴西則以甘蔗作為原料。
