| 高鐵延誤事件 從寬認定延遲補償

台灣高鐵台北站今天(29日)上午9時24分發生轉轍器訊號異常，經緊急搶修後，於12時20分修復完成，並於13時起全線恢復雙向通車。對於因此造成約1萬多名旅客行程受到影響，高鐵下午表示，將從寬認定延遲退費補償標準，高鐵同時將針對這次訊號異常事件進行檢討。
針對高鐵台北站上午發生轉轍器訊號異常，導致取消2班次列車，並延誤13班次列車超過30分鐘以上、24班超過5分鐘以上，約1萬多名旅客行程受到影響。對此，台灣高鐵於下午舉行記者會，說明轉轍器訊號異常原因，並向受到影響的旅客表達誠摯歉意，表示將從寬認定延遲補償標準。
高鐵營運分處協理陳強說：『(原音)我們針對譬如說原來北上的列車，他抵達台北站的，因為無法進入到台北站，在板橋站他就要下車，所以我們會把這個列車到達板橋站的時間，再加計30分鐘，作為從板橋站搭乘捷運或者台鐵抵達台北站這樣的一個接駁時間都算進延誤時間，所以整個計算之後，會算成台北站延遲的一個計算標準。』
根據了解，高鐵通車7年以來，總計發生過60次轉轍器異常，其中有7次是因為道岔上的「微動開關」出現狀況，不過其中有5次都集中在今年。今天上午則是首次發現道旁控制機箱內控制電路版的二極體元件故障，不過這究竟是因為「微動開關」電壓不穩，導致二極體元件故障，還是二極體元件本身的問題，都須進一步請供應零件的德國西門子公司研究並進行檢討。

新加坡內閣最年輕部長換人，四十一歲的黃循財將自五月一日起，取代四十四歲的陳振聲，成為新加坡內閣最新的最年輕部長。
「聯合早報」即時新聞報導，新加坡執政黨人民行動黨第四代核心領導群兩名代理部長將自五月一日起升任部長。分別是人力部長陳川仁，社區及青年部部長黃循財，黃循財兼任通訊及新聞部第二部長。
新加坡內閣原本最年輕部長是四十四歲的社區、家庭及發展部部長陳振聲，他也是國防部第二部長。
四十一歲的黃循財自五月一日起將是最年輕部長。
新加坡總理李顯龍肯定陳川仁、黃循財的表現，「他們充分掌握部門事務。他們也努力加強與人民聯繫，贏得國人尊敬與信任」。
