據傳蘋果打算透過與大銀行、零售業者和付費網路合作，把新一代iPhone化為電子錢包。 彭博資訊

消息人士透露，蘋果的合作對象包括威士（Visa）、萬事達卡（MasterCard）及美國運通（American Express），並將於9月9日發表iPhone 6的同時宣布這項消息。

這位不願具名的消息來源說，iPhone 6將首度採用近場通訊（NFC）晶片，能把行動付款變得更容易。有了這項利器，再加上目前iPhone已具備的指紋辨識功能，可望讓消費者用智慧手機購物時更安全。

Creative Strategies分析師巴姜林說，Google等公司為了讓更多消費者使用智慧手機在實體店面購物，已在電子錢包技術投入不少心力，但採用這類技術的美國零售商至今依然為數不多。他認為，由於iPhone在美國的市占率最高，蘋果進入這塊市場後，現況可能改變。

巴姜林說：「不管你接受與否，蘋果為整個產業樹立了許多標準。他們是這些市場的帶動者，當他們採取行動，別人似乎也會跟進。」

蘋果、威士、萬事達卡和美國運通發言人，都未對這項消息發表評論。

對蘋果來說，跨入電子錢包領域是為了把使用者留在其生態系，進而強化對蘋果品牌的忠誠，增加對其產品的需求。巴姜林說：「這牽涉留住使用者、解決問題和增加功能，以及強化顧客關係和忠誠。」

iPhone電子錢包能否成功很大部分將取決於零售業能否接受。Crone顧問公司執行長克羅恩指出，零售業對與第三方分享交易資訊很審慎。包括沃爾瑪在內的多家連鎖零售商2012 年創設一套行動支付系統，至今尚未推出任何產品。

桃園1名徐姓男子(31歲)愛上大他8歲的姑姑，3年前遭施姓姑丈打瞎左眼，因施男1年多前過世，民事求償判姑丈的2名未成年兒女賠償他282萬元。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，施男2011年4月27日約徐姓外甥到住處談判，徐男回嗆「小時候還睡在一起，那又怎麼樣？」氣得徒手對他臉部揮拳，擊中徐男左眼致失明。

1份警察調動假名單上月29日在網路瘋傳，該名單仿正式文書，幾可亂真，目前調查不排除苗栗縣警局內有人搞鬼，追查中。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，「新竹縣市與苗栗縣警局人事調動名單」格式模仿警政署人事新聞稿，不少「升官」警官，恭喜電話接不完，有人確認「根本沒升」後直斥「惡劣！」警政署昨對外澄清，該名單「不是事實」請勿以訛傳訛。

警政署追查發覺，假名單疑出自苗栗縣，不排除苗栗縣警局內有人搞鬼，已交苗縣警局追查。警員私下議論，該動作不是是純惡作劇，就是恐遭有心人刻意把名單曝光，企圖「 見光死」影響原調動。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
