愛上姑姑遭姑丈打瞎眼　判表弟妹賠282萬

桃園1名徐姓男子(31歲)愛上大他8歲的姑姑，3年前遭施姓姑丈打瞎左眼，因施男1年多前過世，民事求償判姑丈的2名未成年兒女賠償他282萬元。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，施男2011年4月27日約徐姓外甥到住處談判，徐男回嗆「小時候還睡在一起，那又怎麼樣？」氣得徒手對他臉部揮拳，擊中徐男左眼致失明。

徐男提告重傷害罪，但姑丈1年多前過世，桃園地方法院不受理；民事求償部分，因施的2名未成年兒女繼承遺產，判由兒女賠償他282萬元。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
