〔記者楊明怡、楊媛婷／台北報導〕北市交小號成員鄭鍇涉嫌猥褻少女昨被起訴，由於過去北市交也曾捲入2起性侵、性騷案，讓鄭案備受矚目。

2000年時，北市交小號首席鄧姓男子赴西班牙巡迴表演，涉嫌性侵一名未成年隨團女高中生，全案一審判鄧男5年、二審無罪，2012年1月，更三審法官以「少女胸罩上所留斑跡驗無鄧DNA，且據證人證詞案發後女子仍與鄧狀似親密，看不出異狀」，判鄧無罪；最高法院駁回上訴，鄧男無罪定讞。

鄧男獲判無罪約半年後，翁姓女聲樂家公開指控台北市府顧問許博允利用參觀台北市立交響樂團排練、聚餐等機會，對她毛手毛腳並藉機親嘴。

事發後許堅稱清白，態度強硬，不但拒辭顧問，甚至一度揚言對七千多名在臉書按讚的網友提告。2013年6月，台北地檢署認定許博允犯行明確，依違反性騷擾防治法起訴，台北市政府直至此時才宣布解聘許博允市政顧問。

據了解，北市交每年預算約2億，現有樂團成員84名，行政人員30名；有部分人士認為北市交管理不佳，北市交秘書徐端容說，翁女當時是接案，非北市交團員，且翁女控告許的時、地是表演結束後團長請吃消夜，跟北市交的管理沒什麼關係。

大陸首富、萬達集團董事長王健林之子王思聰，認為自己是父母創業的犧牲品，他說：「人要懂得利用自己的優勢，我最大的優勢就是有錢。」他根本不相信婚姻，真正的成功是「想幹什麼就幹什麼」。

新浪財經報導，「年少輕狂、口無遮攔」是王思聰自己寫在微博上的簡介。現在在微博上有三百萬粉絲。有人要為他生孩子，也有人找他投資。

當年發生「俏江南」罵戰，王健林曾讓他以後在微博上慎言，「我的朋友你別罵」，但父親朋友實在是太多了，所以後來又說了一句「實在要罵人就別指名道姓了」。但王思聰根本就不在乎。

五歲出國讀小學、中學和大學，教育都在英國完成，畢業於倫敦大學哲學系，受過完整西方教育的王思聰很早就有自己一套思維方式。「邏輯學非常重要，然後要有自己的觀點，你所說的一切所做的一切都要跟隨觀點。」

他毫不諱言地說「現在的大學生都太蠢了，完全沒有獨立思考能力，就知道起哄，被心靈雞湯騙、被人生導師騙。真著急啊。」一九八八年出生的王思聰，少見同齡人的迷茫和困惑，他完全不在乎別人怎麼看他，怎麼評價他，「你的想法和評論改變不了我的現狀，所以，隨便你說什麼，我也無需證明給你看。」

被問到什麼最受不了？王思聰稱：「說我學習不好我最生氣啦！老子學習那麼努力，成績特別好，居然說我的文憑是買的！」王思聰按耐不住自己的毒舌，因為他每天會收到很多信，除了要給他生孩子的，就是想跟他要投資的。「我想認識真正有想法的人、真正有創造力的人，能夠生產出偉大的產品」。

王思聰說，人要懂得利用自己的優勢，他的優勢就是有錢。「人長得好看就應該去拍戲，有才華就應該去寫書，有錢就應該讓錢發揮作用，非要用劣勢去和別人競爭有勁嗎？」「父親對我確實特別寬容，除去老來得子，這中間難免有些內疚之情，我算是父母創業的犧牲品」。

「婚姻就是人類發明出來自欺欺人的東西，我就不相信婚姻這個概念。」王思聰說，「發明這東西是違背大自然的，你看獅子結婚嗎？老虎結婚嗎？人為什麼一定要結婚呢？」
