印尼總統當選人佐科威23日在雅加達舉行的謝票大會上，向支持者高舉「三指祝福」的一貫手勢，象徵「印尼團結」。

出身貧民窟的佐科威竟能躍身成為總統當選人，象徵印尼改革勢力抬頭，帶動印尼盾匯率23日升值到兩個月來高點（為1美元兌11,488盾），雅加達股市收盤也上漲0.5%。然而從此刻開始，他很快將面對五大嚴峻挑戰。
第一個挑戰是組成強有力的內閣，投資人尤其關切他將挑選誰來擔任財政、外交、農業及貿易部長等要職。
第二削減能源補貼支出。今年補貼額超過210億美元，占政府總預算13%。佐科威在競選時曾暗示將削減燃料補貼；若能落實，將可釋放出鉅額公共資金來進行基礎建設、醫療及教育投資，且有利債市。但此舉將得罪中產階級「開車族」，以及控制燃料進、出口的「石油黑幫」。
第三是改善投資環境。印尼司法體系貪府成習，且經濟國有化浪潮高漲。今年初政府禁止未經加工的礦物出口，引發國際糾紛。佐科威之前擔任地方首長時，曾對外資採取務實作法，因此有機會改善投資氣候，吸引外資流入，以彌補印尼的經常帳逆差及拉高經濟成長率。
第四是協調黨內關係。他所屬的民主奮鬥黨內部，許多「同志」認為他將威脅到政治豪門的利益及黨內既有的人脈基礎，因此並未傾全力助選。選戰後期當他選情告急時，真正跳進來支持他的是來自全國的眾多志工。佐科威未來既要搞好黨內關係，卻又不能因此而與支持群眾疏離。
第五是經營國會關係。印尼政商之間勾結緊密，而執政聯盟在眾議院僅有37%的席次，因此他就任後當然不會好過。與他搭檔的副總統當選人尤索卡拉，也是現任的副總統，參與國會「黑箱作業」經驗豐富，應可由他來調和府會關係。

飛機墜毀現場一片狼藉，飛機失事前撞上約有10戶民宅被波及，有的屋頂沒了、有的房子被削掉一角，還有人的牆塌了，如斷垣殘壁，現場已拉上封鎖線，而根據當地民眾轉述，有機上乘客掛在民宅牆上，而破碎的屍塊四散，斷手、斷腳夾在燒毀的飛機殘骸裡，村人冒雨趕到現場，目睹人間煉獄的慘狀「真的不知道怎麼辦，連救也不知從何救起。」。

【時報-台北電】房市不怕鬼，只怕政府打房。根據住展雜誌昨（24）日最新調查，今年農曆鬼月期間北台灣都會區預售新屋推案量首度「破表」，創下2,466億元天量，是統計以來首次跨越2,000億關卡，較102年同期大增657億元、成長36.32％，業者儼然視鬼月為今年最後一波逃命波。
住展雜誌主編施絢傑表示，上述調查係針對7月27日至8月22日鬼月期間新推案量所作的統計。施絢傑指出，今年以來「月月打房」，年底七合一選舉前各種討好選民的打房政策紛紛出籠，業者為了避開選舉干擾、政策打壓，早就沒有檔期概念、推案沒有淡旺季，即使農曆鬼月也無所懼。
施絢傑分析，建商之所以拚命推案，主要還是為了躲避年底選舉干擾。如果拿到建照，不趁現在趕快公開銷售，則10月後選戰趨白熱化，買氣恐更平淡；尤其執政黨若敗選，市場預期房價下跌心理恐會加深，因此「此時不推、更待何時？」(新聞來源：工商時報─記者蔡惠芳／台北報導)
