誣人搶精品 女店主吃官司

前移民署長吳振吉友人、精品店女老闆林秀娟，因750萬元精品買賣糾紛，誣指買主糾眾強搶精品、恐嚇對她「一槍斃命」，事後還在自己部落格上PO文指買主率黑衣人威嚇。台北地檢署依誣告、加重誹謗罪嫌起訴林。

北檢起訴書指出，101年林女將90多件名牌皮包及手錶，典當給王姓當鋪業者，同年12月她以750萬元將這批精品，轉賣給某物流公司陳姓執行長，三方約定12月14日晚間在林位於新店區的門市，由王攜帶精品、陳付款取貨。

但當天陳付750萬後，發現品項及數量不符，林同意陳可取走店內其他精品，彌補差額。陳男多取走10餘件皮包，林女同意隔天再到她公司結算，陳就帶精品離開。

事後林女卻兩度到北檢不實控告陳及員工，強搬她2000多萬精品，還恐嚇給她一槍斃命，涉嫌強盜、侵占、恐嚇。

去年1月23日，林女還另外在自己的部落格「熟女啟示錄」上，PO文誣指陳率黑衣人到她店內恐嚇。案經北檢偵查後，依誣告、加重誹謗等罪嫌起訴林女。
