專案進口國外豬 江揆：1至2周內降豬價

近期因仔豬下痢疫情，毛豬批發價格上漲，帶動豬肉價格飆漲，行政院長江宜樺昨在立法院表示，一至兩周內農委會將採取必要措施，設法讓豬價回穩。

江揆表示，豬肉價格已從日前每公斤八十六元降至約八十一元，農委會在一至兩周內採取各種必要措施，設法讓豬肉價格降至更合理範圍。他指出，政府將採取的緊急措施包括專案進口國外豬肉等，相信能有效抑制豬肉價格飆漲，對於未來數個月內，如端午節、中秋節的豬肉價格將有幫助。

農委會主委陳保基表示，過去一個月內，全世界豬價上漲二至三成，美國期貨則漲了百分之三十，國內毛豬批發價就目前供應量而言並不合理，農委會將要求豬農依照約定順序出貨。

另外，台糖說，豬下痢的疫情已經受到控制，目前豬價每公斤約八十元。台糖原本每個月平均出豬二點二萬至二點四萬頭，現應農委會要求每個月多出三千頭以上。台糖每年共約出豬卅六萬、卅七萬頭，其中逾二成做為冷凍豬肉。

至於政府打算以減免關稅方式，鼓勵進口冷凍豬肉以平抑豬價，據了解，目前已協調由財團法人中央畜產會出面處理。業者指出，美國冷凍豬肉平均每公斤約七十四元，但若沒有扣除達百分之十二點五的關稅，市價可能比現在平均價格還高。
