克里米亞恐入俄 威脅韃靼人

（路透紐約聯合國總部14日電）一直無法入境克里米亞的聯合國人權事務官員席蒙諾維奇（IvanSimonovic）今天表示擔心當地韃靼少數族群的安全，說他們感覺受到威脅，擔心未來處境。

韃靼人多是遜尼派穆斯林，在克里米亞200萬人口當中占12%，對於克里米亞16日公投後可能脫離烏克蘭、加入俄羅斯憂心忡忡。

聯合國人權事務助理祕書長席蒙諾維奇說，逃離克里米亞的韃靼人目前為止不算「眾多」，並說他在烏克蘭利維夫市（Lviv）遇過當中某些人。

席蒙諾維奇在基輔的視訊記者會說：「他們不是抱怨人身安全遭到直接侵害，但他們顯然很害怕。」「他們覺得遭受威脅。」

席蒙諾維奇說，克里米亞的26萬至27萬韃靼人是「我方特別關切的對象」。韃靼人在歷史上曾2度被驅離克里米亞。

親俄的克里米亞當局沒有恪守承諾，保證地方政府有韃靼人代表，也未提供適當的土地所有權、財務援助以及向韃靼偏遠地區供應天然氣。中央社（翻譯）
