烏克蘭指控俄入侵 白宮表關切

（中央社記者林淑媛華盛頓15日專電）在克里米亞公投是否脫離烏克蘭的前一天，俄羅斯部隊入侵毗鄰克里米亞的烏克蘭邊境刻松，占領天然氣輸配廠，美國白宮對俄國升高烏克蘭危機緊張情勢表達關切。

白宮國家安全委員會發言人表示，美國關注俄羅斯任何加劇緊張情勢或是威脅烏克蘭人民的企圖，「就像我們先前說過的，如果俄羅斯持續採取升高情勢動作，會有後果」。

俄羅斯軍隊占領鄰近克里米亞半島的烏克蘭刻松（Kherson）地區的天然氣輸配廠，主要是為了避免烏克蘭切斷對16日即將舉行脫離烏克蘭公投的克里米亞半島的氣源。1030316
