已婚公務員上網約砲　賓館前遭孕妻活逮

在某公家機關服務的已婚高姓男子，透過交友網站認識1名年紀比他還大的已婚李姓婦人，2人從網路上聊天，竟聊著聊著就聊到賓館來一砲，沒想到當2人開心的離開賓館時，被埋伏在外、挺著大肚子的妻子逮個正著，氣得報警處理。

警方趕抵並進入賓館，將衛生紙團、保險套、床單全部查扣送驗，確認證物上全都有2人的體液，將全案函送法辦，當檢察官將傳票寄給高男、高妻、以及李女時，恰巧被李女的丈夫發現，才知自己戴了綠帽，也提出告訴。

4人到案，高妻難過的在偵查庭內嚎啕大哭說道，當天凌晨發現丈夫偷偷摸摸的出門，就覺得有鬼，沒想到丈夫進入賓館，她的心都涼了一半。而李女的丈夫更是哭得稀哩嘩啦，認為在整個事件中竟然是最後一個才知道，結婚20多年，妻子卻背叛他，他無法原諒，也不知該如何原諒。

檢察官見到2對怨偶，先請4人試著和解，高男妻子考量肚子裡的小孩，選擇原諒，但要求丈夫必須將房子過戶給她，並給她一筆贍養費，以保證不再犯，然而李女的丈夫仍無法諒解，堅持提告，台北地檢署今天偵結，將2人依涉犯妨害家庭罪嫌起訴。（呂志明／台北報導）
