抬離文林苑抗爭群眾 警方：依法執勤

文林苑都更爭議，工地內的組合屋拆除後，抗爭未歇，上午建商欲動工，警方出動警力讓工程車得以進入，引起抗爭群眾質疑警方執法不公，對此，北市警士林分局表示，警方是接獲報案到場處理，將佔據工地大門的民眾柔性帶離現場，並未逮捕民眾。

士林分局指出，上午10時15分，警方接獲樂揚建設公司委任律師鄭藝懷報案，稱文林苑文林路一側建築工地大門前遭民眾佔據，有違反刑法304條強制罪之嫌，導致施作工程車輛無法進入工地作業，請求警方協助。

警方強調，全案屬工地通道遭民眾藉故包圍、阻擋通行事件，與民眾集會遊行權利無關，員警的立場是維護安全秩序，保障各方民眾權益，執勤現場立即排除通行障礙，沒有造成人員受傷，故未逮捕任何現行犯，過程均依法執行。
