夜店殺警案 再2嫌遭裁定收押

台北市警方持續偵辦夜店殺警案，昨天移送5名嫌犯後，再逮補一名嫌犯，檢察官審理後，認為其中嫌犯包括22歲的洪翊、19歲的張家瑋、以及21歲的邱宇玄3人涉有重嫌，向法院聲請羈押，台北法院今天審理後，認定洪翊和張家瑋兩人涉嫌重大且有逃亡及串證之虞，裁定收押，邱宇玄則以30萬交保候傳。

根據警方調查，洪翊在案發時將薛貞國拉出大廳，並出拳毆打他的頭部，薛貞國被打的抱頭蹲地，遭人群以紅絨柱和鋁棒等武器圍毆，張家瑋此時也拿起另外一邊的紅絨柱，砸向倒地的薛貞國。夜店殺警案偵辦到現在，警方目前共拘提53名嫌犯，法院已經裁定收押其中17人。
