美股盤前─西方進一步制裁俄羅斯 指數期貨少有變動

歐盟宣布對俄羅斯進行新一波的制裁，阻止其能源與國防企業自歐洲獲得融資，並新增24人加入凍結資產與禁止旅遊名單。

美國政府說，將於周五亦隨之進行另一波制裁。西方國家正對俄羅斯施壓，要其對烏克蘭的分裂危機，提出和平解決方案。

分析師說，歐盟今日推出的新制裁措施，將情況拉高了一個層次。同時，有跡象顯示，若目前的危機降低，歐盟準備縮手。

報導指出，俄羅斯正考慮報復，限制西方汽車與衣裝進口。

盤前交易中，美國指數期貨少有變動。歐洲股市小幅疲弱。

投資人預期該新的制裁已逾一周，市場反應因而淡化。

德國與法國股市下跌約0.3%。

但俄羅斯股市則上漲約0.7%。

台北時間20:30 美國將公布8月零售銷售。

台北時間21:55 密西根大學將公布消費者信心指數。

周四，美國股市收盤錯綜。道瓊下跌20點，但S&P 500與Nasdaq雙雙收高0.1%。
