阿里山公路坍方 交通中斷

（中央社記者江俊亮嘉義縣2014年8月31日電）阿里山公路77.2公里十字村段，今天清晨7時發生坍方，造成交通中斷，所幸當時無人車經過，未造成傷亡。

公路總局第五區養護工程處阿里山工務段指出，阿里山區連日都有午後陣雨，台18線（阿里山公路）十字村段，因土石含水量飽和，今天清晨7時發生坍方。

阿里山工務段指出，坍落的土石約有數十立方公尺，造成交通中斷，由於當地邊坡土石鬆動，工務段平日有機具進駐當地，一遇坍方，立即進行清除，預計今天下午1時搶通。

工務段表示，阿里山區夏季雨水豐沛，道路邊坡容易因含水飽和，發生坍方或落石，請用路人小心。
