台南皮革廠 排廢水遭停工

台南市環保局查獲善化區廣政製革公司以管線繞流偷排廢水，昨天送達停工令，今天稽查時發現工廠已無運作，將持續監控。

台南市政府環保局指出，廣政製革廠利用管線繞流排放廢水污染水體證據確鑿，情節重大，違反水污染防治法第18條及水污染防治措施及檢測申報管理辦法第52條第1項規定，已於昨天依法處新台幣60萬元罰鍰並命停工，另將追繳不法利得。

環保局指出，廣政公司如要進行復工，必須依法設置水量自動監測設施、水質自動監測設施、攝錄影監視設施及連線傳輸設施，與環保局維持正常連線傳輸功能，且需提出水污染防治措施計畫及污泥改善計畫申請，環保局將嚴格進行審查、查驗評鑑等程序，以杜絕污染行為再次發生。
